Shipping Policy

At SWIMSARA, we aim to deliver your swimwear as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review the information below for full details on our shipping services, delivery time-frames, and responsibilities.

Stock Availability

If an item you have ordered is not currently in stock, we will contact you as soon as possible with an updated dispatch estimate. You will always have the option to:

  • Wait for the item to be dispatched

  • Choose an alternative item

  • Receive a full refund

Dispatch Times

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2pm (UK time) are dispatched the same working day, subject to stock availability.

Orders placed:

  • After 2pm

  • On weekends

  • On UK public holidays

will be dispatched on the next working day.

We do not currently pick or pack orders on weekends.

UK Shipping

Tracked 48-Hour Service

  • £4.65 (or free on orders over £80)

  • Delivery aim: 2 working days (weekdays only)

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays.

International Shipping (est. 5- 7days)

We ship internationally using trusted postal and courier services to most regions worldwide, including Europe, the USA, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and beyond.

If you are unsure whether we ship to your country, please email hello@swimsara.com with your address details and we will be happy to confirm.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated by destination zone and parcel weight. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and vary by country and local postal service.

Free international shipping is available on orders over £120 (not USA)

Free USA shipping is available on orders over £150 (includes duties and taxes)

  • £11.99 Europe Zones 1,2,3 delivery aim 3-5 days
  • £14.99 WW Zones 1, delivery aim 5-7 days
  • £16.99 WW Zones 2 delivery aim 5-7 days

Tracked Service (Small Parcel - 2 or more Bikini's or Swimsuits)

  • £12.99 Europe Zones delivery aim 3-5 days
  • £19.99 WW Zones 1 delivery aim 5-7 days
  • £20.99 WW Zones 2 delivery aim 5-7 days
  • £16.99 WW Zones 3 delivery aim 5-7 days

If you require an express or DHL service, please contact us prior to ordering and we can provide a quote where available.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders (apart from USA), any customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our shipping fees. SWIMSARA cannot advise on specific amounts.

For USA orders all taxes and duties are included in the postage costs.

Delivery Times & Delays

All delivery time-frames provided are estimates only and are supplied by our shipping partners. While we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Delivery times may be extended during:

  • Peak trading periods (e.g. sales, Black Friday, holidays)

  • Public holidays

  • Periods of increased courier volume

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

We use tracked and insured services for security and peace of mind.

If your parcel appears delayed:

  1. Please first check the tracking information with the courier.

  2. If the issue cannot be resolved, contact us at hello@swimsara.com within 24 hours of the expected delivery date, quoting your order number.

While we will always assist where possible, SWIMSARA cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or delayed by third-party couriers.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us on the same day the order is placed, before it has been dispatched.

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must instead be returned in accordance with our 100-Day Returns Policy once received.
